Drum to surface hardened to 300 - 380 BHN, 2 To 4 MM Depth and Stress Relived
Drum to be Statically & Dynamically Balanced in Assembly Condition
Casting to be free from defects in Rim Area
Cast Area Around all radius should be free from Cracks (Check By DP Test)
All Dimension are final machined dimension, only bore proof machined Dia 50 mm.
Dimension without specific Tolerance to have as per DIN 7168
Break Drum Shell is designed by outside diameter
